Our recipes are inspired by the flavors and methods passed down through generations, where tortillas were made fresh daily. In addition to our tortillas, we also prepare house-made salsas, chile oil, tortilla chips, and traditional pastries, all made in small batches with the same care and intention, and a variety of other products. We also offer local, organic eggs from cage-free, free-roaming hens, selected with the same commitment to quality and ethical sourcing. We focus on organic ingredients and simple processes, sourcing fresh, locally available produce whenever possible to ensure the best quality and flavor. Every product reflects warmth, care, and authenticity—bringing the feeling of home, culture, and quality to every meal.
