Organic Kanji 32 oz
Kanji is a probiotic drink made in the Northern Indian states. You can compare it with Kombucha, but the process of making kanji is entirely different than Kombucha. Being a probiotic drink it is extremely good for the gut and improves digestion. Traditionally Kanji recipe is made with black carrots and this drink has a dark purple color. As black carrots are not available Dream4Health makes this healthy drink with red carrots and beets.
Special note:
Kanji drink has a shelf life off 2 weeks when stored in the refrigerator and 1 week when stored outside. However, if you choose to store it outside, make sure to stir it daily.
If you have ordered Kanji in plastic bottle, please transfer it to a glass bottle/jar as soon as possible. The plastic bottles we use are only for transportation purposes only.
