Freshness & Delivery Policy

• Be Prepared: Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during your scheduled window.
• Keep it Cool: If you won’t be home, we strongly recommend leaving an insulated delivery box (regular or electric) at your doorstep. We suggest including frozen gel packs inside your box; they maintain temperatures much longer than standard ice and keep the environment mess-free.
• Instruction is Key: Please provide clear Delivery Instructions at checkout if you’d like your items placed inside your insulated box. Otherwise, items may be left outside the box.
• Perishable Nature: Due to the delicate nature of these desserts, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for melted products if a delivery was unattended or instructions were not provided.
