Annamma’s Appam Batter began in a home kitchen, where a mother perfected the soft, fluffy appams she missed from her Kerala childhood and shared them with friends who kept coming back for more. Joined by another friend who shared both her name and love for authentic food, the small idea grew into something bigger. Our vision is to make traditional Kerala appams as easy and familiar as dosa or idli batter.
