Thenneera is a delicious drink teeming with natural goodness. The drink is zero alcoholic, 100% natural and free from chemicals and preservatives!

Coconut sap or neera is obtained by tapping or cutting the spathe of coconut.

It is a refreshing and light drink, translucent in colour, extremely cool in sensation, sugary sweet to taste, similar to palm juice which is susceptible to natural fermentation at ambient temperature within a few hours of extraction due to enzymatic and microbial fermentation since it is rich in sugars, vitamins, proteins, minerals.

Kanji is a probiotic drink made in the Northern Indian states. You can compare it with Kombucha, but the process of making kanji is entirely different than Kombucha. Being a probiotic drink it is extremely good for the gut and improves digestion. Traditionally Kanji recipe is made with black carrots and this drink has a dark purple color. As black carrots are not available Dream4Health makes this healthy drink with red carrots and beets.

Kanji drink has a shelf life off 2 weeks when stored in the refrigerator and 1 week when stored outside. However, if you choose to store it outside, make sure to stir it daily.
